The oldest unit, based in Harare, this is the core manufacturing arm. With over 76 years of history, it supplies twines, ropes, cordage, and synthetic-products — serving agriculture, industry, and households. It combines natural fibre and synthetic material production to meet both traditional and modern demands, and has strong capacity and partnerships in the region.

Tanzi Zimbabwe

This is the retail/distribution wing in Zimbabwe. Its purpose is to bring products closer to end users — farmers, agro-dealers, and communities. It operates physical outlets across Zimbabwe, enabling better access, competitive pricing, and reducing supply delays.

Nets and Ropes Private Limited

This unit focuses on netting and rope solutions. It manufactures and distributes shade netting, trellis netting, ropes, and other synthetic products for agricultural and industrial markets. It houses modern synthetic manufacturing facilities (extruders, knitting machines), and is responsible for product development and diversification.

Twine and Cordage South Africa Pty Limited

Established to serve the greater southern Africa (SADC) market, this unit allows the group to increase manufacturing and distribution capacity regionally. It leverages South Africa’s logistics infrastructure to reach markets beyond Zimbabwe more efficiently. It is part of the company’s strategy for growth, resilience, and regional presence.

Bulkstock Distribution

The logistics and distribution arm. Its role is to ensure that product movement — from factory production to retail and customer delivery — is smooth, reliable, and timely. It services retail outlets across Zimbabwe, and distributes to the broader SADC region and countries like Kenya and Uganda. It makes sure products arrive in good condition and on schedule.
